Ingredients:
1 16 ounce container of plain Greek yogurt
1/2 English cucumber grated and water squeezed
2 tablespoons of dill
2 gloves of grated garlic
1/2 juice of a large lemon
pinch of salt
olive oil to taste
Instructions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir.
2. Cover and put in fridge overnight or for a few hours.
