“Dieting phase 2 complete starting to work back up to maintenance calories! Lightest I’ve been in probably 8-9 years! Lost a good amount of fat and only .1 of lean muscle. I have seen a pretty big change in my body composition with the fat loss. The goal for this maintenance phase is to gain about 3-5 lbs of Muscle! Need to stay consistent with the workouts and eating! I am happy with the results just need to keep going!”
