Roasted Red Pepper Hummus


1 can garbanzo beans and ¼ cup of the liquid saved 
1/4 cup water
3 roasted red peppers from a jar
3 cloves of roasted garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt to taste


1. Add all to a food processor and blend til smooth. Add more water if you need a better consistency. Serve with carrots, peppers, and celery sticks. 

Note: You can serve with warm pita bread or top with olives and a drizzle of olive oil.
