1 container of plain Greek yogurt
½ cup cilantro
½ of a medium avocado
1 roasted Jalapeno, seeded
½ tablespoon of cumin
1 tablespoon of minced onions
½ tablespoon of ground garlic (you can use fresh in you would like)
juice of one lime and zest
Salt to taste
½ Cup of water
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
Note: This makes an amazing dip too for veggies. Only add a little or no water to make it thicker! You can also add great northern beans, no water and make a hummus!
