Not Your Store Bought Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients:

½ cup good aged balsamic
½ cup light crisp olive oil
½ cup water
½ tablespoon of minced garlic (I use the one out of the jar or squeeze tube to make it easier, or a pinch of  garlic powder works)
2 tablespoons of a good Dijon mustard ( I love mustard and this helps the dressing’s emulsion process, but you can use less. Depends on your taste)
1 teaspoon dried minced onion or fresh shallot
Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Combine all together and shake vigorously. Easy as that! Everyone has different tastes. Make it how you like it. If you want less oil and love the vinegar taste, go for it. Hate garlic or you can’t have it, then don’t add it.
