1 lbs boneless skinless organic chicken breast
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
favorite organic BBQ sauce
1. Put the chicken in the crockpot on low for 3 to 4 hours.
2. After the chicken done, shred it with two forks.
3. Return it to the crockpot with 3/4 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce. Mix well and keep in the crockpot til the chicken is warm.
Note: You can do just breasts or thighs. If you don’t have that time you can boil the chicken in water on the stove for about 20 minutes. The rest of the instructions apply.
