2 ounces wild caught smoked salmon, no nitrates
2 poached eggs
2 slices sprouted bread or your favorite, toasted
1/4 an avocado
1/2 tomato sliced
Dijon mustard (optional)
1. Put the avocado on the toast and spread it evenly on both sides of the toast. If you like Dijon mustard this is where you spread just a little.
2. Then add tomato slices, salmon, and a poached egg on each.
Note: If you want to elevate you could add capers, cucumber and red onions too! You don’t have to use the egg. Still delicious with just the salmon. You can do one slice of toast with salmon and one egg depending on your dietary needs. Two can be a bit heavy or don’t put and egg on the second piece. Also use whites.
