Cranberry Salsa


1 bag of 12 ounces of fresh cranberries
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped with stems
3 green onions with green tops chopped
1 jalapeno seeded and minced
2 limes zested and juiced
½ bunch of mint leaves
½ cup stevia
½ cup coconut sugar
Salt to taste


1. Put all the ingredients but the mint and cilantro in a food processor.  Blend til combined.
2. Now add the herbs in the food processor and blend until well blended. If it is too thick, add a little water.

Note: You can serve with crackers, on top of chicken or fish, and on top of goat cheese for a great treat and display.
