“I had the pleasure of working with Justin for approximately six months. When I started I was 262 pounds and while I felt quite strong, I wasn’t nearly as confident in my body as I would have liked to be. I knew what I should be eating but I lacked the discipline to eat well on a regular basis. Working with Justin I learned how to appropriately fuel my body for my current goals while simultaneously not feeling overly restrictive to the point I would backslide with my nutritional goals.
