Paleo Pumpkin Bread


1 1/2 cup of almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup Lily’s or Enjoy Life chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven to 350 F and add parchment paper or coconut oil spray to loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, spices, and salt.
3. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl, then add maple syrup, pumpkin, and vanilla.
4. Mix all ingredients together in the large bowl.
5. Add the chocolate chips.
6. Bake for 50 minutes
Let it cool and enjoy!
