“When I started working with Justin, my goals that I put in the initial questionnaire were as follows:
1.) I wanted to have a healthy relationship with food/nutrition
2.) I wanted to perform my best for a Spartan Race (October 2023), Marathon (December 2023), and Rugby (now til EOY)
3.) I wanted to be 15% body fat as that is seemingly sustainable and fits my performance needs / reduce risk of injury
When I wrote these things, I honestly was day dreaming.
These were idealized versions of me that I yearned to be.
However, over the course of a year Justin tricked me into making these ever so small improvements in my life and now I need a new list of goals.”
