173. Lowering A1c, Improving LDL Cholesterol and Building Healthy Sustainable Habits with Joseph Bush, iCoach Nutrition Coaching Client

In this weeks episode, I sit down with a client and now friend that I have had the pleasure of coaching 1:1 for the last two years. Over the last couple years, Joseph has been able to lower his A1c levels, improve his LDL cholesterol, decrease body fat, increase muscle, learn how to cook in a healthy sustainable way, develop confidence in strength training and so much more!
