Ingredients:
1/2 cup of rice vinegar
3/4 cup of coconut aminos
1/4 cup organic peanut butter
2 tablespoons grated ginger
1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
1 lime zested and juiced
1/4 cup water, hot
1 tablespoon of chili paste (optional)
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients for the peanut sauce together in a bowl.
2. Then add the hot water and stir til well combined.
