“So I’ve been contemplating posting these pics mainly because I am not where I want to be yet. But I’m proud of my journey and no longer ashamed of my body. I’ve always struggled with my weight but for the first time I see the light at the end of the tunnel! The guy on the right was going thru some major stuff and was just kind of miserable with everything and it showed! I knew I needed to change something! There are some things that you can control and somethings you can’t…my body and what I put into it is something I CAN control! Cut to 4 months later with CrossFit Addison and a little over 3 months with my nutrition coach Stephany Osorto and dropping 25 lbs and I’m already in the best shape of my life! It has been a slow process but patience is key! There is no magic pill or over night formula, just hard work and discipline!! I still have a ways to go and I know my belly will taken some time to go away completely but I cant wait to see what happens with my body at 6 months and a year! My confidence and self esteem is slowly coming back and I am so great full for that.” -Manny V
